This Bill has been proposed to the Colombian House of Representatives but, due to the controversy surrounding anything that has to do with natural plants used to extract illicit substances, the Bill has not found echo within this Chamber.  It is currently being redesigned and looking for support from those sectors who wish to find feasible outlets to the war which is ravaging the Andean Region. Mama Coca is publishing this Bill  solely in Spanish awaiting changes  to be effected and with the aim of requesting aid, advice and support for this direly needed change in current legislature on these natural plants.
